Sandra is a global talent executive who focuses on the complex relationship between recruitment, culture and organizational strategy. She serves as a collaborator and thought partner to Index founders during the growth and scale-up phases, advising on all talent-related matters and connecting them to the best C-Suite and Board talent in Europe.
Sandra is particularly committed to diversity in hiring, and to expanding and refining the definition of ‘professional excellence’. She is dedicated to helping people to see potential in themselves that they might not yet recognise, and in matching those capabilities to the needs of high-growth businesses.
Before joining Index, Sandra worked at Russell Reynolds, where she advised global companies on digital and technology leadership, hiring, culture and diversity. Previously Sandra led the people, security and facilities functions at the Open Society Foundations, George Soros’ $20 billion philanthropic vehicle, where she conceived and created its global people policies and operations.
Sandra was also the director of career services at INSEAD, a leading global business school based in France, where she led on the strategy and execution of career offerings for the MBA students and alumni – overseeing growth from 1,000 to 55,000 stakeholders.
Sandra holds an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD, and is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and the University of London.
