Myles is Senior Legal Counsel in Index's San Francisco office, supporting Index's investment team on all phases of negotiation and execution of investments and divestments of portfolio companies, and ongoing general corporate portfolio counseling.
Prior to joining Index, Myles was a Senior Associate in Fenwick & West LLP's San Francisco office, where he advised venture capital funds and corporate venture capital groups in their investments and ongoing portfolio matters, as well as emerging and growth stage technology and life sciences companies, from formation through exit. Myles is admitted to practice law in California. He received his JD from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, and a B.A. degree from the University of Southern California. Outside of work, Myles is an avid skiier and runner.
