Prior to Index, Crishia established herself as a strategic recruiting leader, heading Go-to-Market, Core, and Technical recruiting organizations at Stripe, Pinterest, and Block (formerly Square).
Based in Oakland with her husband and two children, Crishia spends her weekends outdoors – hiking, skiing and enjoying the beautiful California beaches.
