Charlotte's role at Index is to unearth future founders and the next generation of key operators across Europe. She also advises founders in the Index family to hire with greater ambition, creativity and focus.
Having grown up on both sides of the Atlantic, Charlotte has a deep understanding of the US and European tech ecosystems as well as identifying top-quality global talent.
In addition, as a coach and mentor to Index founders, she provides in-depth advice to take their hiring to the next level. Charlotte thrives on understanding what makes both a business and a person ‘tick’, using a combination of empathy and judgment.
Charlotte joined Index after working for the CEO of one of the US’ leading executive search firms, Daversa Partners. In this capacity she advised many of the most successful venture-backed technology companies in the US and Europe, including Airbnb, Peloton and Atlassian. She has completed more than 100 executive searches over the course of her career.
