Carleigh serves as an advisor and partner to founders and leaders for their Go-To-Market talent strategies. Additionally, Carleigh focuses her time nurturing and growing the Index network with exceptional GTM leadership in the US.
Prior to Index, Carleigh spent nearly a decade at SPMB Search, placing C-Suite and VP-level leadership into high growth venture and private equity backed technology companies. She helped open up SPMB's New York office, growing its internal recruiting team along with expanding the firm's talent network and clients on the east coast. In her earlier career, Carleigh worked at Hall Capital Partners in San Francisco, an investment advisory firm, managing and servicing portfolios for ultra high net worth individuals, foundations and endowment funds.
