Position Purpose

Algolia is on a mission to make the search experience of millions of end users more enjoyable while simplifying the lives of developers. Your mission as a Growth Marketing Manager will be to pave the way to make this vision a reality. You will be dealing with all aspects of our Marketing programs: you run the show!

We need your help with

Developing the Algolia brand in the developer community.
Creating a marketing plan based on your customer development research that targets developers at each stage of their buying process, while maintaining a consistent brand message and voice.
Executing your marketing plan to acquire users and fuel the inbound pipe of leads.
Finding new partners and innovative channels.
Optimizing marketing strategies based on performance metrics.
Maintaining marketing automation tools to execute, track, and iterate campaigns.
Building with the sales team the right messages and address the main objections.
Hiring new marketing staff.
About you

You have outstanding oral and written communication skills.
2-3+ years of experience.
You are an intellectually curious hacker with a strong technical interest.
You are allergic to #BS.
You have a deep understanding of web analytics and tracking methodologies.
Talking to potential and existing customers is a source of inspiration for you.
You don’t play by the book. You are creative, iterate fast and continuously monitor ROI.
You like contributing to other parts of the business (product, sales, support, etc.)
Eligibility to work in the US and-or E.U.
Having worked in a developers focused company is a plus
Native English speaker
