Customer Support Officer (Nordics), Sweden

Position Purpose

iZettle lets anyone take secure card payments with their smartphones or tablets. The fast-growing start-up was founded in 2010 and currently has approximately 150 employees across its offices in Berlin, London, Madrid, Mexico City, Sao Paulo and Stockholm (HQ).

We are looking for a Support agent who will provide the highest level of customer support to our Nordic customers. You are a client-focused individual that enjoys working in teams and you enjoy multi-tasking and collaborating cross-teams.

You will report to the Customer Support Manager, and will work closely with the Sales and Product team to drive related projects. Ideal candidates are highly ambitious and natural problem solvers with a personal track record that proves a passion for delighting customers.

Responsibilities:

Actively working and managing the Nordic customers
Delivering set out KPIs for the Nordic market together with the Team Leader for International Customer Support
Work with Customer Support Manager to analyze Nordic support metrics and work with the goal of decreasing overall costs while increasing satisfaction
Maintain close collaboration with other teams within iZettle to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Requirements:

Confident communicators (verbal, written and interpersonal), native Swedish, Danish or Norwegian speaker
Smart, hard-working, fun-loving individuals
Ability to work in a fast-paced hectic environment
Creative thinkers and problem solvers
Quick learner and self-starter
Experience in a prior customer service role is a plus
Customer-focused mentality
Good organisational, process orientation and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong troubleshooting skills
