Customer Support Team Leader, Sweden

Position Purpose

iZettle lets anyone take secure card payments with their smartphones or tablets. The fast-growing start-up was founded in 2010 and currently has approximately 150 employees across its offices in Berlin, London, Madrid, Mexico City, Sao Paulo and Stockholm (HQ).

The Customer Support Team Leader will be a playing coach to our team of Nordic Customer Support Agents. You are a client-focused individual that enjoys working in teams and you like being the go-to-person for questions and are skilled in providing guidance and support.

You will report to the Customer Support Manager, and will work closely with the Sales, Growth and Product teams for cross-team collaboration. Ideal candidates are highly ambitious and natural problem solvers with a personal track record that proves a passion for delighting customers. Actively working and managing the Nordic Customer Support team as a “playing coach”; answering all kinds of inquiries from Nordic iZettle users through various customer channels
Delivering set out KPIs for the Nordic markets together with the Nordic Support team
Training & coaching the Nordic Customer Support team to deliver world-class support for iZettle customers & partners
Work with Customer Support Manager to analyze support metrics and work with the goal of decreasing overall costs while increasing satisfaction
Maintain close collaboration with other teams within iZettle to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Previous experience working in a customer service/support environment
Customer-focused mentality
Good organisational, process orientation and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
1-2 years of full time relevant work experience
Fluent in Swedish & English, an additional Nordic language skill is a big plus
Strong troubleshooting skills
