Senior Sales & Marketing Recruiter

Position Purpose

Every Fuzer plays a key role in helping us find and recruit amazing people, and our recruiting team leads the charge by coordinating these efforts. As part of the People & Culture Team, Recruiters are in charge of finding great candidates and helping them envision life at Fuze. It’s the recruiter's duty to create an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the interview process and work closely with teams to make sure all of the “behind the scenes” work that needs to happen to go from posting an opening to hire great talent, actually happens. The ideal candidate will identify the best talent for roles across Fuze and work closely with hiring managers providing guidance on recruiting strategies, industry trends, and market data. We’re looking for a supercharged senior sales recruiter to join our team!





Responsibilities

Proactively partners with teams and business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs, quickly assess and adjust priorities, determine optimal candidate profiles
Develop unique full-cycle recruitment including: developing job descriptions, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks and offer negotiation, consistently and appropriately
Build and maintain your network of potential candidates via proactive strategies, research, sourcing and outreach
Review resumes and prescreen qualified candidates; move interview process forward in a timely and transparent manner
Organize and facilitate interview debriefs with teams and business leaders, identifying best practices
Drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation
Identify closing strategies for offers; proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible
Partner with the People & Culture team to create and ensure a smooth transition from accepting an offer to becoming a full-time employee
Create and own a flawlessly positive candidate experience



Requirements

5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required in the SaaS sales and marketing environment
Excellent “matchmaking” skills; ability to connect candidates with the right opportunities
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of relating to individuals at all levels in the company, sensitivity to high-growth changing environments, positive attitude/can-do spirit
Desire and ability to understand different perspectives and motivations, and use that understanding to help each candidate determine if Fuze is the best place for them
Ability to guide a negotiation to a positive outcome for all parties
Ultimate team player; willing and excited to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the recruiting process and the People & Culture team
Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and thrive in a constantly changing environment
Bachelor's degree
US work authorization
