Software Engineer - Tools

Position Purpose

Job Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer – Tools who is well versed in mobile gaming technologies to help us bring the next generation of robotics to the consumer market. You will be part of a small, highly experienced team focused on the consumer facing components of what will be one of the most sophisticated uses of artificial intelligence and robotics in a consumer product. With a strong core team and top investors backing the company, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about bringing innovative consumer products to market and building a great company.

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience with C# or C++ or Objective C programming

Scripting skills: Perl/Python/Lua

Comfortable with visualization and rendering

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment (Agile-SCRUM)

1-5 years experience in development or shipping gaming software

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

Desired Qualifications

Experience designing; developing and maintaining software

Familiarity with mobile game engines (Unity, Project Anarchy, scaleform, etc.)

Familiarity with 2D/3D art content pipelines

Previous start-up experience is a strong plus
