Job descriptionBillions of people worldwide are suffering from problems for which we have proven behavioural solutions. Yet most can’t access anything other than pills.That’s where we come in. We take your data and turn it into personalised behavioural medicine – to help you sleep better, stop smoking and worry less, without pills or potions.Our first product, Sleepio, is a digital sleep improvement programme clinically proven to help overcome long term poor sleep. Our partners include Jawbone, Boots and a leading multinational health insurer, and our advisors and investors include Esther Dyson, Martha Lane Fox and Prof Sir Neil Douglas.Now we need your help to drive our growth and uptake of Sleepio.Your roleAs Growth Lead you will be a critical member of our tight team, responsible for refining and executing our consumer growth strategy. We can’t say the term ‘growth hacker’ with a straight face but it captures some of what we’re looking for: someone who relishes taking a holistic view across channels, both on and offline, to respond to our potential users’ needs and behaviour in intelligent and elegant ways.You will have a budget at your disposal, the freedom to execute your plan and be encouraged to think creatively to meet your targets. You will work directly with the CEO, product and technical teams, and develop a team beneath you as the business grows.Skills & RequirementsYou will: Have a track record of directly driving user and sales growth for digital products and services; Have solid executional experience across key disciplines from PPC to SEO to conversion optimisation; Be naturally metrics-driven and relish finding creative, holistic solutions to deliver results; Be excited to join a small team during a period of rapid growth; Be self-driven and organised, able to manage your own and others’ time to meet deadlines; Love the idea of using your skills to improve people's health.CompensationA competitive base salary as well as share options and generous cash bonuses for meeting targets.About the companyCo-Founded by ex-insomnia-sufferer Peter Hames and Oxford University psychologist Professor Colin Espie, our goal is to help billions of people worldwide sleep better, stop smoking and worry less – without pills or potions.Our first product, Sleepio, is a digital sleep improvement program featuring proven cognitive and behavioural techniques, led by your virtual expert The Prof and his narcoleptic dog Pavlov.
