This is a key role in the B2B Marketing Team with an annual budget responsibility of up to £2m. Responsibilities include driving sales of branded takeaway merchandise by engaging partner restaurants and the Sales Team, through to managing restaurant loyalty programmes and driving brand visibility on the high street via the restaurants and local marketing.
This position is responsible for planning, developing, delivering and evaluating on-going B2B activities – helping to build demand at a restaurant level by creating visibility for our brand. It will also involve working closely with our B2C Marketing Teams on shared initiatives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
× Full P&L responsibility for the JUST EAT Shop.
× Manage supplier relationships to ensure contractual commitments are met and most competitive prices are achieved.
× Ensure merchandise stock is monitored closely against run-rate and storage costs are optimised.
× Manage the restaurant loyalty/engagement programs.
× Drive branding opportunities on the UK high street.
× Analyse data to create and deliver marketing plans that support activations in key strategic locations – including B2B and local consumer marketing
× Ensure alignment of messages from JUST EAT across the business.
× Work closely with the Outbound Telesales Team to help drive B2B marketing activities.
× Manage and develop up to 2-3 Marketing Executives.
× A history of activating brands successfully within independent local retailers (newsagents, off-licenses, pubs/ bars, restaurants etc).
× Experience in managing B2B/C marketing projects to budget and tight timescales.
× Strong commercial acumen.
× An outgoing personality that can secure stakeholder buy-in and enable close working between the sales and marketing teams.
× Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
× Evidence of negotiating successfully with suppliers.
× Experience of people management and development.
× Good attention to detail with the ability to create reports and interpret complex data.

The ideal candidate will also be able to get on well with the wide variety of stakeholders this job will touch.
