Business Development, Sr. Manager/Director Sonos is looking for an experienced Business Development Sr. Manager/Director who will be responsible to develop long term business opportunities by alliancing with our potential business partners. ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partner Development - Identify, Build and Maintain relationships with potential business partners – mostly big and well-established companies in related businesses including but not limited to Music Content Services Providers, Consumer Electronic companies, Record Labels, Telephone Carriers, Internet Providers, etc.Create cooperation content, lead commercial negotiations and sign contract. Coordinate all related aspect to implement the cooperation projects, building a win-win partnership. Familiar with the relevant legal and financial knowledge, ensure the project’s security in legal and financial aspects.RequirementsSelf-motivated with ability to work effectively in an emerging environment Good understanding and appreciation for long term win-win partnerships with focus on providing best music enjoyment to mutual end usersHave deep knowledge of internet and digital music industryFamiliar with all relevant legal and financial processGood at project managementStrong interpersonal skills; ability to influence others without formal authorityExcellent written and oral communications skillsPassionate with musicMore about Sonos: In 2002, we set out with a goal – to reinvent home audio for the digital age.
